Triple T Transport, Inc. maintains a self-imposed obligation to
the general public to make it our responsibility to provide the
safest motor carriers available. Our stringent safety criteria
ensures that only the safest carriers are hauling and representing
our customer freight. Concentrating our efforts in performing due
diligence, we utilize information compiled by the Federal Motor
Safety Carrier Administration (FMCSA) and the Department of
Transportation (DOT), as well as other resources as necessary, to
evaluate and determine the validity of each of our carriers.
We review the following for every carrier we work
with:
- The Motor Carrier (MC) Authority number is authenticated for
legal active status
- The carrier is screened through the nationwide TIA Watchdog
database for any undesired or unethical business reports
- Carrier Safety Ratings are verified
- SATISFACTORY safety ratings are continued through the set up
process
- NOT RATED safety ratings must undergo additional analysis
- CONDITIONAL safety rating must undergo additional analysis
- UNSATISFACTORY safety ratings cannot be set up as a new
carrier
- CSA Basic scores are reviewed to ensure the carrier meets our
requirements
- Fraud Protection search is completed, allowing us to detect
possible unfit carriers that may close one business and re-open
under a new name
- Our minimum insurance requirements for every carrier
- $100,000 of motor truck cargo
- $1,000,000 of auto liability insurance
- Triple T Transport, Inc. must be listed as a Certificate
Holder
Safety ratings and legally licensed authorities are constantly
changing. To ensure our safety record, we have implemented an
established Safety Review Process that monitors all of our carriers
for changes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
