Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for developing and implementing operational compliance procedures in order to help limit TTT’s compliance risk.   They will work directly with our carrier compliance department and report directly to the Claims Supervisor.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand TTT’s carrier setup and vetting procedures
  • Assess company operations to identify compliance risks
  • Monitor existing carrier base for potential liability exposure to TTT
  • Ensure team members are educated on any updated compliance procedures and regulations
  • Assist in the collection of outstanding claims balances from carriers
  • Assist with clerical and admin duties related to compliance, claims, and training
  • Additional tasks as needed at the direction of the department supervisor


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (with a strong focus on Excel); quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications and tools
  • Must have the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
  • 1-2 years of either logistics or claims related experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
