How Accurate is Drug Testing for OTR Truck Drivers?

As marijuana legalization sweeps the United States, we are seeing more testing being done. The problem is that drug tests only indicate whether someone has previously used drugs recently and do not reveal if the user is currently impaired. New saliva tests for cannabis have proven to indicate recent usage but the industry is still looking for a way to test for DUIs on the roadside.
